New landlord setup path

Nine steps from new account to organized operations

If you’re onboarding a new portfolio, follow these steps in order. Each step links to the relevant tutorial or signup flow.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your name, email, and password. Your first name becomes the default workspace label.

    Create the building or rental address so leases and charges inherit the right context.
