Set up Otticos and confirm the operating baseline
Review the dashboard and confirm rent, maintenance, and communication tools are ready before you invite teammates or residents.
Follow these steps
- Create an account and open the verification link in your email. Sign in and create or join your workspace.
- Open Settings and review the portfolio, people, and lease setup sections. Add a property before entering its units or leases.
- Check your profile name and contact details. Review the launch section for any unavailable services before inviting residents.
If you land on Join, ask the property team for an invitation. A resident account cannot create landlord access by changing its profile.
