Make the report useful

Include the exact page, the form or button involved, and whether the issue is repeatable.

Call out if the problem blocks money movement, sign-in, or a tenant-facing workflow.

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full bank account numbers, or payment card numbers in freeform text.
