Add properties and units with clean portfolio structure

Model buildings, units, and identifiers so every lease, charge, and maintenance request has the right property context from day one.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Properties and choose Add property. Enter the building name, address, and property type, then save.
  2. Open the saved property and choose Add unit. Give each unit a distinct label so it can be selected on a lease.
  3. Return to the property detail and confirm the unit labels and occupancy status before creating leases.

If a building or unit already exists, use that record. Contact support for corrections that do not have an edit control.
