Published rental terms, fees, availability dates, and contact details should stay accurate enough to avoid misleading applicants.
Control 2
Objective screening criteria and application disclosures should appear before or at submission, and reviewers should avoid discriminatory criteria or inconsistent treatment.
Control 3
Application submissions should be treated as intake and review records, not as automatic approvals or reservations, and sensitive identifiers should stay out of freeform fields unless a secure workflow specifically requires them.
