In-platform communication should improve accountability, which means conversations and attachments need moderation and retention expectations.

Control 1
Messages should stay attributable to the sending user and, where relevant, to the lease or maintenance context.
Control 2
File uploads in conversations should inherit the same access boundary as the thread where they were shared.
Control 3
Operational notices should remain exportable even if conversational chatter is muted, archived, or access-limited later.
